Eligibility window

Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery for unworn sarees with original packaging, tags, invoice, and no fragrance, stain, fall-pico alteration, blouse cutting, or damage.

Quality issue handling

Wrong, defective, or transit-damaged products should be reported with unpacking photos or video within 48 hours of delivery so support can verify and approve replacement, refund, or reverse pickup.

Non-returnable changes

Made-to-order pieces, fall-pico completed pieces, blouse-altered pieces, and personalized orders may be non-returnable unless a verified defect or wrong item is delivered.
