How The Jamdani Company handles customer and storefront information.

We collect only the information needed to operate the storefront, respond to inquiries, process orders, deliver products, prevent fraud, and improve the customer experience.
Order and support data may include name, email, phone number, delivery and billing address, order details, payment status metadata, return requests, and communication preferences. Payment card, UPI, wallet, and net-banking credentials must be handled by the configured payment gateway and should not be stored by the frontend.
Marketing communication should be consent-based. Customers should be able to contact support to update communication preferences, correct personal data, or request deletion where retention is not legally required for orders, invoices, fraud prevention, or dispute handling.
Data may be processed through WooCommerce, payment, shipping, analytics, email, SMS, or WhatsApp providers when those services are configured. Production tracking and marketing tools should disclose cookies and respect consent requirements.
